Schwinn 470 Review:
The Schwinn 470 is a good buy for users who want an elliptical workout for a reasonable price. The Schwinn 470 elliptical machine has a variety of improvements over the 450 and 430 models. The 470 has 29 workout programs including 8 heart rate control programs, 4 custom user programs, and two fitness test programs. The blue backlit LCD display consoles are easy to read and make it simple to keep track of up to 13 different readouts. The Eddy Current Brake resistance system on the Schwinn 470 gives the user a fairly quiet experience. The 470 lets you keep track of your workout data with a usb port and the SchwinnConnect™ website. It is also compatible with MyFitnessPal.
While the Schwinn 470 elliptical machine does have 25 different resistance levels it is still a bit lacking as far as stride length is concerned. Still it has 20″ stride length which isnt as small as other ellipticals. It also has a ten degree incline which adds to the users workout options.
For the price of $799, I would definitely recommend the Schwin 470 elliptical. It is a little more expensive than some of the other schwinn models like the 430, or the 450. But I think it is worth the extra money considering the added features and enhanced specifications.
